By default, Finger-Ink will show your logo on each of your forms. The app decides what logo to show by grabbing the logo found in your Cliniko online bookings settings.

If there's no logo showing, but you want it to be.

If there's no logo showing in Finger-Ink, you may not have a logo set up in Cliniko. You can set up a Cliniko logo here.

I have a logo set up in Cliniko, but it's still not showing.

Even if you have a logo set up in Cliniko, Finger-Ink gives you the option to not display it within the app. Although it's on by default, it may have been turned off at some point. To turn it on:

  • Navigate to the Forms section of the app
  • Tap on the form you'd like to edit
  • Turn on the setting "Show logo on this form"

(Here's where you toggle on or off your logo)
 

I don't want my logo to show

If your logo is showing and you don't want it to be:

  • Navigate to the Forms section of the app
  • Tap on the form you'd like to edit
  • Turn off the setting "Show logo on this form"
