Finger-Ink is designed to be used in-house, so sending patients a link to a form for them to fill out prior to their appointment is not an option at this time. (This feature is on our radar though, you can upvote it here)

Because some patient information is already pre-filled on a form, filling one out in-house is pretty quick and easy. If you know a patient needs to fill something out, we suggest asking them to come in just a few minutes early so their appointment isn't cut short.
