By default, Finger-Ink creates a "paper" copy of your form including all of your patient's answers as well as their signature (if applicable) and attaches it to a patient's record in Cliniko. For most cases, this is probably the behaviour you want. If you don't want this to happen though, it's as easy as flicking a switch.

To disable the generated PDF from attaching to Cliniko:

  • From within the form editor, there's a tab at the top for "Workflow". Click on that to bring up the form's workflow settings.
  • At the top you'll see settings for the PDF. Modifying these settings and then saving and publishing them will change the behaviour of your form.

To stop the PDF from being created and added to Cliniko – toggle the switch off
