If you'd been using a previous version of Finger-Ink (with your forms) before upgrading to version 3, your existing forms would have been sent to our portal to be converted to the new web form editor format.

If you'd been using Finger-Ink on multiple iPads, you'll end up with duplicates β€” as each iPad will send its forms to the portal.

How do I get rid of duplicates?

The solution is to archive the forms that you don't want appearing on your iPads.

Why didn't you just send the forms from one iPad when I upgraded?

Your forms are rarely exactly the same on each iPad. You may have customised the welcome screen in one way on the first iPad, and made some changes to the terms and conditions on another β€” so we always send your forms so we don't lose any of these changes.
