Due to the current situation in the world that is COVID-19, a lot of clinics have had to completely change the way they treat patients or have been forced to close their doors entirely.  Regardless of your situation, Finger-Ink is working hard to do what we can to help and adapt to everyone's needs.

If you have switched to Telehealth services

Since May 2020, we've had a web version of Finger-Ink forms available. It's available for all accounts, and can be enabled by flicking a switch on the form, and sending the URL to a patient to be filled.

If you have reduced your # of visits

If you have greatly reduced your number of visits and are only seeing patients for emergencies only, you can choose to temporarily change your subscription to reflect the reduced numbers. You can do this from our online portal as described here.

If you have been forced to close your doors 

If you unfortunately have been forced to close your doors and your clinic is no longer operating, you can put your subscription on pause until you're operation again. Please get in touch to let us know and we can sort this out for you.
