Each user that wants to process responses in the Finger-Ink Inbox needs to first sign in with their API key. That said, if an administrator is processing responses on their behalf, they might not want to go through the trouble.

In that case, we now offer you the ability to connect additional API keys via the Users page in the portal:

You can use this "add an API key" button to replace deleted API keys for practitioners that Finger-Ink thinks are still connected, or to add API keys to practitioners who haven't yet signed in.
