In the example from the manual patient match article, I manually matched against patient 65804932 in our Cliniko account. To demonstrate re-processing failed responses, I've since archived this patient in Cliniko, so the update will fail. Here's how it looks when that happens:

Failed responses are highlighted in red, tell you when the failure occurred ("failed now") and tell you why the failure occurred. In this case it was because the patient couldn't be found, and that's because I archived the patient.

Re-processing failed responses are done in the same way as the original processing. Just choose the new course of action:

Uh oh, I've got another error! This time it's because I deleted the API key that I had previously generated for "Test Practitioner" as part of this article.

After replacing it with a fresh (and still secret) one, things work as I expect:
