Allow patients to check themselves in and fill out any paperwork using our self-service kiosk mode.

A quick overview of self check-in and how it works!

When in kiosk mode, the iPad will display subtle animations to grab the attention of your patients when they walk in.

We ask patients to enter their DOB, with an optional mobile number follow-up. Initials can be requested too.

This optional step during check-in will automatically ask patients of a certain appointment type for extra information.

This is the final step in the process, and it happens automatically once the patient has selected their appointment.

How to configure your iPad to allow for self check-in via kiosk mode.

Guided Access locks your iPad into the foreground app (i.e. Finger-Ink), this is a must for self check-in.

Without being plugged in, the iPad is likely to run out of battery at some point during the day.

Customise what your patients see when they first walk into your clinic.

You can require patients to fill out a form during check-in and, if you want, only if they haven't filled out that form before.

Here's the part where you actually put the iPad into kiosk mode so your patients can check themselves in!

The logo is the same as used on the forms in the app, so can be changed in the same way.
