Getting your forms into Finger-Ink

Add/edit your form online, or send us a digital copy and we'll help sort it out for you.

Finger-Ink includes an example Intake pre-loaded onto your account, but chances are you'll want to modify this or create a new one altogether.

There are two ways to go about this:

  1. Send us your form and we'll do it for you

  2. Use the online editor to add or modify a form

The quickest and easiest way to create a form based on one you already have is to send it to us and we'll do it for you. This is a service we offer as a way to help you get up and running with Finger-Ink in no time. Simply email us a digital copy of your form (PDF or Word doc is preferable, but other formats can work as well) and we'll create your form typically with a 1-2 day turnaround time.

2. Use the online editor to add or modify a form

Alternatively, sign in to your account portal online and create or modify your form there. We have an entire section of our Help Centre explaining how to do this.
