If you're short on time, or want to make sure you're using Finger-Ink to the fullest without having to read our documentation, you might want to take advantage of either our Form Conversion or Form Review Service. They're our fully done-for-you offerings.

Form Conversion Service vs Form Review Service

When your form isn't in Finger-Ink yet, then you'll want our Form Conversion Service.

If you've already got one or more Forms in Finger-Ink, and just want to make sure they're taking advantage of the latest and greatest, then you'll want our Form Review Service.

In both the Conversion and Review services, we make sure that:

  • Your logo and brand comes through beautifully with a custom Theme.

  • Only the right questions are asked of the right people at the right time (taking advantage of visibility logic).

  • Your Forms are leveraging any custom patient fields you might have appropriately.

  • Any questions regarding the area of pain are replaced with a body chart.

  • All fields have appropriate example text to guide the patient to an acceptable answer.

  • Fields & screens which shouldn't be skipped can't be.

  • Your Forms employ appropriate standard patient field types. This includes using the appropriate field types for consent policies, privacy policy, options, text fields, and any other relevant fields.

  • Your Forms are streamlined, removing any unnecessary elements (e.g. example answers, field prompts) and replacing them with relevant field placeholders and field prompts.

  • Your Forms utilise screen sub-prompts for enhanced user guidance and clarity.

  • Any "Other" options have corresponding follow up fields for specification.

  • Your Forms can perform scoring / calculations if applicable.

  • Your Forms take advantage of multimedia options. Embed videos, add photos (in addition to the body chart), background images, diagrams, or illustrations within your Forms.

How to use the Form Conversion Service

  1. Send us your Forms as PDF or Word docs — either to support@finger-ink.com or using the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

  2. We'll take a look and send you a quote for the Service.

  3. Once you accept the quote and make payment, we’ll get to work.

  4. There might be a bit of back-and-forth with questions, after which time your Forms are loaded to your account.

  5. You test out the Forms and let us know of any changes required.

  6. Either you're thrilled with the Forms, or you're not and we'll remove the Forms from your account and refund your payment in full.

Email your Forms to us at support@finger-ink.com, or send them to us via the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

How to use the Form Review Service

Once signed into the Portal:

  1. Use the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen to let us know you'd like a Form Review.

  2. We'll take a look at your existing Forms and send you a quote for the Service.

  3. Once you accept the quote and make payment, we’ll get to work.

  4. There might be a bit of back-and-forth with questions, after which time we'll make duplicates of your existing Forms and get to work.

  5. You test out the Forms and let us know of any changes required.

  6. Either you're thrilled with the Forms, or you're not and we'll remove the Forms from your account and refund your payment in full.
