Step 8 – Add a new section for our Terms & Conditions
Similar to Step 5 above, we'll add a new section at the bottom of our form for Terms & Conditions
Add a new section called "Terms & Conditions"
This section will encompass any terms and conditions we need patients to read before being seen by one of the practitioners.
Scroll down to the bottom and tap the "+" button just before the final terms tab
Choose "section"
Rename to "Terms & Conditions"
