The background image is one of the first things your patient will see when filling out a form.
Being one of the first things your patient sees, you'll probably want to change it to something that aligns with your clinic's look and feel.
To change the background image:
Click on the welcome screen within the form editor. The welcome screen is the first screen, so is always at the top:
On the right-hand side you'll see the welcome screen's configuration, including an option to upload a new background image. Simply browse to find an image, upload it, and voilà – a new background image for your form:
Be sure to save and publish your changes to make it available on your iPad:
