The Welcome screen serves as the initial point of contact for your patients when they fill out a Form — whether it's on their own device before their appointment or on the clinic's iPad. It's job is to set expectations of what's to come. In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to tailor your Form's Welcome screen.

Customising the welcome text
By default, and as the name suggests, the Welcome screen is configured to welcome patients to your clinic, and give them an idea of how long the Form will take to fill.
To add a more personal touch and ensure correct expectations, we recommend changing this to include your clinic's name and adjust the expected completion time according to the Form's length.
You can modify both the "Hello" text and the introductory paragraph. To make changes,
Click on the text you wish to edit.
Adjust the text as desired.
Changing the background image
Change the background image to personalise your Form — reassuring your patients that they're in the right place, and making it easier to differentiate between Forms on the iPad.
Here's how to do it:
Click on the "Browse" button.
Select the image from your device. Please note that only JPG files are supported at this time.
Don't forget to save your changes. Your selected background image will now adorn your Welcome Screen.
