Learn how to duplicate an existing Form, or quickly unpublish a Form.

There's at least one thing you can't do to a Form inside the editor, and that's duplicating it. Duplicating a Form is a great way to get a head-start on creating a new Form — by using one of your previous Forms as a base.

How to duplicate a Form

On the Forms page, tick the box next to the Form(s) you wish to duplicate. Then scroll to the top and select the published forms button. A drop-down menu will appear, giving you the option to duplicate your Form(s).

How to unpublish your Form

Forms can't be deleted in their entirety, but they can be unpublished — so they're no longer visible within the iPad app, nor do they have an accessible URL on the web.

Forms can actually be unpublished from within the Form Editor, by clicking the publish menu, then deselecting both "Publish to the iPad app" and "Publish to the web", then clicking the red unpublish button:

Alternatively, you can do this from the Forms page. First tick the box next to the Form(s) you'd like to unpublish, scroll to the top, and click on the published forms button. Then select unpublish from the menu:
