Do you need to tidy up your forms list in the Portal? Over time, you might accumulate many forms, while it's not possible permanently delete forms yet, you can archive them instead by unpublishing. This should help you keep only on the forms you currently need and should reduce the chances of selecting outdated or incorrect forms in the iPad. It's also especially useful if you have unused forms that you don't want visible in the Portal but might need later. Here’s how to do it:
Quick method
Log in to the Portal and go to the Forms section.
Check/tick the box next to the form you want to unpublish.
In the top right corner of the page, click the "selected forms" button.
From the dropdown, choose "unpublish."
After refreshing the page, the form will move from the "Published & New" tab to the "Unpublished" tab.
Alternative method
Log in to the Portal and go to the Forms section and select the form you want to unpublish.
In the top right corner of the form editor, click the "Published" button.
Turn off all the green "Publish to the iPad App" or "Publish to the Web" buttons.
A red "unpublish" button should appear. Click it.
After this, the form will move from the "Published & New" tab to the "Unpublished" tab.
