How can I, or members of my team, access the portal?

Use your email & password, or set a new password with your email address.

The Finger-Ink portal is what you and your team can use to administer your Finger-Ink account.

Have an existing password?

If you've already set a password for the Portal, please visit the portal sign-in page to sign in.

The email address you used will either be the email address you used to sign up, or the email address from your PMS. E.g. if you use me@mydomain.com for your Cliniko or Nookal account, try that first.

If you're wanting to give your team mates access, read on!

Inviting team mates

Since October 2025, you've been able to invite your team mates to access the portal by sending them an invitation from the portal.

Currently, you can only invite active team mates that are listed in your PMS. Go to the users page, click your PMS, then click the invite button next to the user you want to invite, then confirm. Easy! Here's an example with Cliniko:

Once the box comes up, click the "invite to portal" button to confirm:

That will send them an email with a link to set their password:

Once they click the button, they'll be prompted to set their password:

Once they enter their password twice, and click the button — they're in!
