When your patient or client comes in for her/his first appointment, chances are you'll need to collect additional information that wasn't collected at the time of making a booking.
Here's how you do it:
- Navigate to the Appointments section of the app
- Find and tap on your patient's name/appointment
- Select the appropriate form
At this point, the form will start specifically for the chosen patient. That means any information that was known at the time of making a booking will be pre-filled (such as name, email address, etc).
Once the form is completed, the patient's Cliniko record will be updated with any new information, among other things.
