When your patient or client comes in for her/his first appointment, chances are you'll need to collect additional information that wasn't collected at the time of making a booking.

With Finger-Ink's built-in intake form, this couldn't be easier. Here's how it works:

  • Navigate to the Appointments section of the app
  • Find and tap on your patient's name/appointment
  • Select the appropriate form (in this case, the Intake Form)

At this point, the intake form will start specifically for the chosen patient. That means any information that was known at the time of making a booking will be pre-filled (such as name, email address, etc). It also means that once the form is completed, the patient's Cliniko record will be updated with any new information.
