If you've been following along, we've been saving our form after each large "chunk" of edits. This ensures our changes are saved, but it only saves the form on the online portal and doesn't make it available for use publicly. In order to make use of this form we need to publish it.

Go ahead and publish the form now in the upper right-hand corner.

Now that our form is published, it will be available for use on the iPad app and, if enabled, on the web app via the public link.
