When someone sets a password for the Portal for the first time, they are assigned a role automatically, based on their existing role in Cliniko. This will be one of two roles:
Administrator
Support
Users who have an "administrator" or "power receptionist" role in Cliniko are assigned the Administrator role in the Portal, while everyone else is assigned the Support role.
The difference
Administrators have full access to all sections of the Portal. Support users with can access everything except the Account section:
That's it. Everything else is accessible to all roles.
