Why You Need It

Strong passwords are important, but most of the time they're not enough on their own. To keep your Finger-Ink account safer, you can use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), which adds an extra layer of security to your account.

How to Set It Up

  • Log in to your Finger-Ink Portal and go to your Profile page

  • Scroll down to find the option to set up and enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

  • Use a password manager like 1Password to help with this process.

  • Scan the QR code on your Portal screen with your preferred password manager.

  • Lastly, the Portal will ask you to enter a one-time password. Copy and paste the code from your password manager to confirm.

โœ๏ธ Please note that Password managers usually generates 6-digit 2FA codes that change every 30 seconds. So if your last 2FA code one was used, so you'll need to wait another 30 seconds before using a new code.
