Ever had a filled form come in with a typo in the email address? Or had someone tell you that they did the wrong thing in their form and needed it changed?
Well, this would previously mean manually editing the PDF, or printing it out, writing on it, then re-scanning it back in.
With our new form amendments, you can make the change right in the inbox — before any processing!
Making an amendment
You've always been able to view the answers of a single form response from the inbox, but you may have noticed the icon on the button is now a little edit icon:

Save the amendment to make the change permanent!
Tracking an amendment
Once the amendment has been created, a badge will be displayed next to the amended value — in the inbox, on the print preview and on the produced PDF:
In addition, a list of amendments, organised by key, will be shown at the bottom of the form response:
Again, this also appears on the produced PDF.
Finally, every amendment also creates a line in the activity log for that particular form response — so you always know what's been done:
Amending an amendment
If the amendment was in error, you can always change it. When changing an amended value, it will show you a list of all previous amendments:
As you'd expect, the form will still show the value as being amended, and the change back will also appear in the list of amendments at the end of the form response:
